Midsole & Outsole: Dual-Density Power + Carbon Propulsion
Mizuno introduces MIZUNO ENERZY XP, a dual-density foam system combining:

The result is Mizuno’s lightest-ever midsole, delivering a balanced blend of cushioning, stability, and powerful energy return.
To amplify this, the shoe uses the SMOOTH SPEED PLATE (SSP)—a 3D-shaped carbon plate that supports the midfoot through the heel, promoting efficient turnover and a snappy transition at race pace.
