Refund policy

THE RUNNERS PLUS GUARANTEE:

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Runners Plus. Our staff are experts in the shoe fitting process, but sometimes you can’t really tell how a shoe or other product feels until after you have tested it out in the wild. 

Items can be returned at any point, new or used, within 30 days from the original invoice date.

  • Items in a used or worn condition may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item.

  • New or unworn items can be returned within 90 days of the original invoice date for a full refund.

  • Items with a visible defect are eligible to receive a refund or exchange for the full value of your purchase if returned with 90 days from the original invoice date.

  • Please understand that we reserve the right to limit eligibility for returns or exchanges if an excessive number of used returns occur within a twelve-month period.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges after 90 days from the original invoice date may be eligible to receive a store credit at the sole discretion of Runners Plus

  • No price adjustments on previous purchases

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We cannot offer refunds for stolen packages.

To start a return, visit your account order history page. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8970 Kingsridge Dr, Dayton, OH 45458. Please note there is a $7.99 fee, deducted from the refund/credit, when shipping an item back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
