Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $75; For orders under $75, the rate is $7.99.
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days): Calculated at checkout
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): Calculated at checkout
In-Store Pickup Free in-store pickup is available at all Runners Plus locations. You'll be notified by email when your order is ready, typically within 1 business day.
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside the US.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at service@runnersplus.com.
