Nike's elite throwing shoes are back and tuned for speed. Built for advanced shot putters, hammer throwers and discus throwers, the Nike Zoom Rotational 7 pairs a wider fit with a carbon fiber plate that helps maintain stiffness—even in the heat. We swapped the upper for mesh to provide a comfortable feel that locks you in launch after launch.

• Hook-and-loop strap covers more of the foot for improved containment.

• Nike maintained the familiar shape of the Nike Zoom Rotational 6, but increased room in the midfoot and forefoot for an accommodating fit.

The strong mesh upper gives a conforming, comfortable feel while the flexible, crisscross strap delivers adjustable, lasting lockdown.

Durable rubber outsole pairs slick and textured areas to help serve in rotational speed and heel-to-toe power transfers, especially during hammer throws. 
A disc-shaped carbon fiber Flyplate in the forefoot allows for quick spins while maintaining its stiffness, regardless of hot temps.
